If you’re looking for help sooner, a Bathroom Deep Clean Reset or Deep Clean Reset slot is usually the quickest way to book in.

How do we book?

Choose the service you want and tap the booking button.
If you’re not sure what you need, use the contact form and send your postcode plus a quick note on what you want help with and we’ll guide you..

What areas do you cover?

We work within a limited local postcode area in West Sussex.
Please include your postcode when enquiring so we can confirm availability.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes. We bring everything needed for the clean, including eco-aware products and tools.
If we use your vacuum, all we ask is that it’s emptied at the end of the clean.
We’re also not licensed to take household rubbish away.

Do you tailor the clean to my home?

Yes. Every home is different. We tailor the clean around your priorities and the areas that matter most to you.

What’s a Bathroom Deep Clean Reset?

A Bathroom Deep Clean Reset is a focused bathroom refresh (usually 60–120 minutes) designed to make a noticeable difference in one visit.

It includes the key areas: shower/bath, sink, toilet, surfaces, and floors, finished with a final sparkle check.

What if my bathroom has heavy limescale?

Hard water build-up can be intense in this area. Light to moderate limescale is included, but heavy build-up may require extra time or a limescale products add-on.
Photos or a quick 15 minute home visit beforehand help us quote accurately so it’s done properly, not rushed.

Do you offer deep cleans?

Yes, we offer Deep Clean Reset slots, but availability is limited. Deep cleans vary a lot depending on the home, so we usually quote after a few details and photos.

Do you use eco products?

Our everyday staple products are Bio-D. We choose them because they’re high quality, eco-aware, and work properly without harsh chemical smells.

(We can also supply refills/top-ups for certain everyday products for clients who want to reduce plastic and keep things consistent between cleans.)

We’ll always tailor our approach where possible for scent sensitivities and preferences, and we use stronger products only when a job genuinely calls for it (hard-water limescale and certain hygiene situations).

Do you ever use stronger products?

Yes, occasionally. There’s a time and a place.

We live in a hard water area, so sometimes stubborn limescale needs a stronger approach than everyday products. And in higher-risk hygiene situations (especially around toilets), stronger products can be necessary to achieve a sanitary finish.

Our approach is simple:
Eco by default. Stronger products only when genuinely needed, and used in a targeted way.

Even when we do need something heavier-duty, we still choose the most eco-aware option we can for the job. For example, we may use a biodegradable, phosphate-free descaler for stubborn hard-water build-up, and a natural-based cleaning paste for certain heavy marks.

Bio-D is our everyday staple, and when we reach for anything stronger, it’s still with an eco-conscious mindset.

You’re welcome to opt out of any specific product. We’ll tailor our approach where we can, and we’ll be honest about what’s achievable within the time booked using your preferred products.

Do you use heavy-duty descalers?

For stubborn hard-water build-up, we may occasionally use a biodegradable, phosphate-free heavy-duty descaler, used sparingly and only where needed.

Do you use bleach?

Most of the time, no.

Bleach isn’t part of our standard  cleaning kit.

Because we’re in a hard water area, toilets often need descaling rather than harsher disinfectants. In most cases, a good descaler and a detailed clean is exactly what’s needed for a sparkly fresh result.

There are a few situations where we may use bleach in a targeted way, usually where hygiene needs are higher and build-up has been left for longer (often in homes where someone is elderly or physically unable to keep on top of scrubbing between visits).

It isn’t the default, it’s used only when needed for a sanitary finish.

You’re welcome to opt out of any specific product. We’ll tailor our approach where we can, and we’ll be honest about what’s achievable within the time booked using your preferred products.

Can I Opt out of the less eco products?

You’re welcome to opt out of any specific product.

We’ll work with your preferences to keep your home as eco-aware and natural-based as possible, while still aiming for the standard of clean you like. We’ll also be honest about what’s achievable within the time booked using your chosen products, and we are happy to share our top in-between-cleans tips and products to help keep things on track.

Can you use unscented products or work around allergies?

Yes, to the best of our ability. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or prefer unscented products, please tell us before the clean and we’ll do our best to accommodate with low-scent/unscented options and minimise fragranced products.

Please note: some effective descaling methods (including vinegar-based options) can have a stronger temporary smell. If you’re scent-sensitive, let us know and we’ll tailor our approach where possible

Further to scented products, we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment, and it’s always the client’s responsibility to confirm that any products used are suitable for their household, we are happy to provide full details of product ingredients up front where needed.

If you have a severe allergy, we recommend providing your own approved products and tools** and letting us know exactly what you’d like us to use.

**We clean and separate our tools carefully, but if you have a severe sensitivity we recommend providing your own dedicated cloths/brushes/scrubies for your home to limit any potential cross contamination.

Do you offer oven cleaning?

We can do light oven cleaning as part of a deep clean reset (for example wiping surfaces, removing light grease build-up, and cleaning accessible areas).

We don’t offer full deep oven or hob cleaning that involves dismantling parts, removing doors, or specialist chemical treatments. For heavily soiled ovens, we recommend booking a dedicated oven cleaning specialist for the best results.

Do you offer carpet cleaning?

We don’t offer carpet cleaning. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is a specialist service that requires dedicated machinery and training. If you need carpets cleaned, we’re recommend booking a carpet cleaning specialist.

We do have a small upholstery spot cleaner that we can use for minor spot cleaning in a pinch, where appropriate and within the time booked, but we don’t offer full-room carpet cleaning or full upholstery extraction cleans.

Do you clean cars?

We can offer a simple internal car reset when requested, which may include vacuuming
a wipe-down of interior surfaces, light upholstery spot cleaning (limited)
sanitising touch points.

We do not offer full car detailing, external washing, or specialist finishes.

If you’re looking for a detailed or like-new finish, we recommend using a professional car detailer.

Do you clean leather (sofas or car interiors)?

No. We don’t clean or treat leather. Leather requires specialist products and methods, and we recommend using a leather-care or detailing specialist.

W

Can I request eco-only cleaning?

Yes. You can request an eco-only approach when booking.

Please note: opting out of stronger products may mean heavy limescale or staining may not fully shift in one visit, and may require extra time or repeat sessions.

Do you take photos in clients’ homes?

Client privacy matters. We don’t take marketing photos in regular client homes.

Occasionally we may take a quick photo for client reference only (for example, to show an issue found on arrival such as a pet accident, or to show the finish if you’re away). This is only done when relevant and is never shared publicly.

Very occasionally we book separate, pre-arranged photography cleans specifically for marketing, with clear permission and agreed boundaries.

Do you do end of tenancy cleans?

Not usually. End of tenancy cleans are a different type of job and often require larger timeframes. If you enquire, we’ll let you know if we can help.

Do you remove mould?

We can clean surface marks, but mould issues usually need investigation, prevention, and sometimes specialist treatment. If mould is present, mention it at enquiry so we can advise what’s realistic.

Do you take rubbish away?

We’re not licensed to take household rubbish away. We can bag waste within the home, but it needs to be disposed of via your household bin collection.

Can you travel outside your usual area?

We have done however it is depending on the booking type and availability. Travel fees and minimum booking times apply outside our covered area.
This will be confirmed after you submit your postcode.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We get it… life does life sometimes. If you need to cancel or move your booking, please give us as much notice as possible. It’s nice to be nice, and a quick heads-up makes it much easier to reshuffle the diary.

If anyone in the household is unwell (especially with anything contagious), please let us know before the clean. We can then make the best call together on whether to go ahead or reschedule. This is simply to help with infection control and avoid spreading bugs between homes, particularly to our elderly or more vulnerable clients.

At the moment we don’t charge a standard cancellation fee, but repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future availability.
