About JAZZWA Cleaning

Hi, I’m Jazz, owner and manager of JAZZWA Cleaning.

Before starting this business I worked across a few industries including hospitality, retail and landscaping…
and no matter where I was, I was always known (lovingly) as “the cleaner”.

I worked in kitchens and pubs where hygiene standards were taken seriously (including 5 star hygiene rated environments), so I know what “properly clean” actually looks like, not just “looks alright from a distance”.

In February 2020 I left contracted work to go all in on this business idea with a small amount of savings.
Then, a month later, the world locked down. Strange time to start a cleaning business right… ?
or actually the perfect time.
Looking back, it turned out to be the perfect time.

JAZZWA Cleaning took on its first client in July 2020, and we’ve grown ever since, mostly through local word of mouth referalls. I’m genuinely grateful for every recommendation, every long-term client,
and every person who has trusted me with their home along the journey.

Standards you can rely on

JAZZWA is known for detail, consistency, and that final sparkle. Nooks and crannies fear us and we don’t rush jobs. We work methodically, focus on what matters most, and treat your home with care and respect.

A note for the people who feel embarrassed

Please don’t stress-clean before we arrive. ( You'd honestly be surpirsed how many people clean BEFORE thier cleaner arrives haha!) . A quick tidy if you want to, sure… but you don’t need to apologise for your home.
We’ve seen A LOT over the years, and there’s absolutley no judgement here. 
We come help you clean and organise so you have more time to do the more urget things on your list
( and the more fun ones) The whole point is to help you get
things back on track and feeling in control of your space.

Bathrooms are my thing

Most people hate bathrooms. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. There’s something sooo satisfying about taking a tired bathroom and leaving it properly fresh and sparkly. ( Especially when the comments are "IT LOOKS LIKE NEW!") That’s exactly why we offer Bathroom Deep Clean Resets, they make a big difference,
They somehow make your space feel a bit calmer and more managable.....
You can take the stress off yourself with a bathroom reset without needing a full house deep clean.

Eco aware by default (with a realistic mindset)

I’m a self-confessed eco nerd, I am often found deep diving ingredients lists, taking note of the most recent 'green washed' products on the market and compiling notes on how everyday products affect our health... 
so naturally, eco aware and natural-based cleaning, has always been a pillar of this business.

Most of the time  we se  eco aware products and methods because you don’t
need harsh chemicals to kill germs or make things sparkle.

That said, there’s a time and a place. We live in a hard water area and limescale can be stubborn, and there are occasional hygiene situations where a stronger approach is needed.
My and our rule is simple: eco by default, stronger products only when genuinely needed,
and always used in a targeted way.

Our go-to products (and refills)

Our everyday staple products are Bio-D, chosen for quality and eco credentials. We also became a small supplier in 2024 so clients, family and friends can top up/refill their favourites and reduce plastic waste between visits.

Privacy matters

Client privacy is non-negotiable. We don’t share client homes or identifying details.
Marketing photos are only taken on pre-arranged photography cleans with clear permission and agreed boundaries. And quite frankly we are too busy making sparkles to be posting on our social media!

A little pink

You’ve probably noticed by now that our brand colour is pink… and yes, the car is flossy pink too.
